Why air conditioning fan can not use the fan when the water tank?


1.風壓不足:


一般冷氣散熱片厚度約1.5~2 cm
多數車種水箱厚度加上冷氣散熱片,厚度多在10 cm以上,需要較高的風壓克服。

General air-conditioning heat sink thickness of about 1.5 ~ 2 cm

2.耐溫不足~零件易老化故障

 一般冷氣散熱排風溫度多在50度以下
 水箱散熱排風溫度高達100度以上

3.葉片單薄、易斷裂

以下為三種失敗的整流罩案例
沒有經過流場動向考量容易照成局部過熱/產生亂流/噪音

有人標榜集風罩使用鋁製的因為鋁散熱最好~乍聽之下好像有道理  導熱效果鋁>不繡鋼>朔鋼

但是實務上是錯誤的集風罩好壞關鍵是在形狀~讓氣流能夠平均的作用在水箱上

集風罩製作最大的禁忌就是有直角的地方~
容易照成局部過熱/產生亂流/噪音

水箱的關鍵才是材質
